General & Process

Standard design is **3–7 business days** depending on scope. Rush options are available — tell us your deadline up-front and we’ll propose a plan.
Most packages include **2–3 revision rounds**. We keep feedback tight and focused to maintain timelines and quality.

Pricing, Files & Production

We quote by scope: complexity, deliverables, speed, and production needs. You’ll get a clear proposal with inclusions/exclusions before we start.
For design: **AI/PDF/SVG** (vector), **PNG/JPG** (raster), and **brand kit**. For video/motion: **MP4** optimised per platform. For print: press-ready PDFs.
**DTF** handles full-colour, gradients, and fine detail with great durability. **HTV** is best for solid single colours (names, numbers, bold shapes).
Yes — caps, polos, uniforms, and merch. We handle digitising and colour matching to keep branding consistent.
Brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), any copy, references, and sizes/quantities for print. If you don’t have assets, we can create them.
Yes — content design, copywriting, scheduling, comment replies, and monthly performance reporting.

Orders, Turnaround & Ownership

Yes — a **50% deposit** to start, balance on approval/collection. For ongoing retainers we invoice monthly.
Upon full payment, you own the final approved deliverables. We may showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
